Online Live Operator Status

This is the first item on the top menu bar. The status will be set as " online" by default on login. The Operator can later change the status to "Away", "Busy" and "Be right back". All these three will be treated as "offline" for the website visitors.
The "Away" status is also controlled by the application. If an operator is idle for a stipulated period of time, the system will automatically change the status to "Away". The operator can set the time here. Settings>>profile
