The Operators can invite other operator(s) for a conference session with a visitor. During a chat, click on this icon 
, select the operator(s) from the list, and add any comments you wish to and click "invite". A message will be sent to the operator(s). The other operator(s) have the privilege to either accept of decline the request. On acceptance, Operators will be included in the conference.
