If a visitor initiates a chat session when all the operators are offline, the system will load a form to collect information from the visitor along with the quires. This information will be sent to the pre-defined e-mail and operators can revert back later. Also, These messages will be stored and can be viewed at any point of time at customer control panel.This will help in maintaining communication protocols.
This "offline form" is customizable to every possible detail. One can create the required fields to the demanding requirements. The field name, input type and default value for the field can be set using this interface. The expected replies can also be set based on the field type. This versatility helps in prompting any type of questions. Any number of fields can be added by clicking "Add new field". Any added field can be edited using edit function and can be deleted also using delete function. The order of the fields can also be modified using positioning arrow keys.
