What is miOOt?
miOOt is a visitor tracking and live support tool. And it is now embedded with powerful research, analysis and customer support tools. It captures the visitors on a real time basis and provides opportunity to initiate a real time communication. In other words, miOOt is your virtual representative and keep watching the visitors and enables a real time communication and support. The system has three major parts.

1.Operator console. This section is mainly for online visitor tracking and real time communication with the visitors.
2.Chat windows. These windows are for website visitors / customers. Chat window - Used for real time chat with visitors Survey window – Used for conducting online surveys. Offline message form - This window is used to get the contact info from the visitor when the system is offline.
3.Customer control panel. This section is the backend part of the application. Customers can do all the necessary things from managing their personal info; customize the application, reports to research and analysis.
