Whenever a new department is added, mioot system will automatically generate image and watch dog codes exclusive for the corresponding department. These codes can be incorporated in to the corresponding web pages. This incorporation can very easily be done by pasting these generated codes in to the source of each web page that are to be linked to the corresponding department. Please make sure that the watchdog code is pasted before the </body> tag and one can position the image code as per the requirement.
Once the integration is done, the department name will be shown in the operator console when a visitor enters the corresponding web page.
Steps for integrating Live Support tool
1. Register and Download our mioot Help desk application.
2. Copy the code from Operator Console .
Login >> Settings >> Site Integration
3. Click the copyall button and copy the Watchdog code and Imagetag code.
4. Paste the code into webpages.
