Online chat software Ticket Interface

Any chat conversation can be booked as a ticket. The purpose is to follow-up the chat later. It helps in follow-up, answer any unanswered questions and in maintaining the relationship healthy. Operators can simply book any conversation as a ticket by clicking this icon in the chat panel.
A detail interface is provided to categorize, set the priority and assign to any available operator.
