There is no limit as for the number of messages are concerned. Operators can create and store any number of messages as required. For easy access, these messages can be categorized too. MiOOt provides an interface to create and manage these categories here in this section of customer control panel .
Just enter a name and press “Add new” button to create a category. These stored categories can be renamed or deleted at any point of time using edit 
and delete 
icons.
