Chat Invitation Accepted by Live Help Operator

The Operators can accept any chat request from the visitors simply by selecting a visitor and clicking the "accept chat" icon. When there are multiple chat requests waiting and no visitor is selected, the one with the maximum waiting time will be engaged automatically.

Also, when there are more than one chat requests waiting, clicking this icon automatically will pickup the request which is waiting longer
