This feature is enabled in mioot live chat software to make sure that any visitor, looking for answers can call the right operator for a chat. When a visitor is calling for a chat the list of all the operators with their corresponding departments (skills) will be displayed to the visitor and then, the visitor can select an appropriate operator and start the chat. The chat request in this case will only be send to the particular operator.


This will also be very helpful for the frequent visitors as they can chat with the same operator all the time and it is not necessary to brief the situation every time they start a chat. They can simply start chatting from where they left in the previous chat session.
