Mioot live chat software comes with an inbuilt dictionary and then enabled with the option of spell check before sending any message into the chat window.

This option can be set to disable also. When the spell check option is set to disabled. Whatever the text typed into the text area will be send to the chat window as it is.

But, when the “spell check” option is enabled, whenever the operator is trying to send a message, the system will automatically check the spelling of each word typed in and open pop-up with the word which is spelled wrong, and a box to type in the word with correct spelling and list of suggestions to pick from the operators can either correct the word by themselves or they can pick the right word from the available suggestions.

This feature will enable prompt and correct delivery of the messages.
