Mioot live chat software is equipped with holding messages feature and keeps the visitors engaged automatically after the chat request in made by the visitors. It may take some time for an operator to accept the chat. During this time, the application will automatically populate pre-set messages at pre-set time intervals. So that the visitors at the other end is notified that the system works.


These pre-set messages can be modified at the customer control panel. Mioot customers can edit all the messages to suit their needs as well as the time intervals can also be changed.


The system will automatically redirect the chat window to an offline form after the time is elapsed. So that, the visitor can sends the query to the replied by the operators later. This will happen only when the chat request is not answered until the time set in the holding messages settings.
