To enable this, mioot customers need to configure the settings for the ticket system at mioot customer control panel and use the generated code in the webpage where ticket system is embedded.

Once there configurations are done, customer can login to the ticket system from the web and create tickets. They can also view or update tickets from the webpage itself.

This will provide the customers a place to get in touch with and keep the communication alive till the issue is solved.
