How to chat with customer using live chat software?

With mioot live chat software your live chat operators or support executives can chat with the web site visitor in real time using Ajax based chat window . Once you have integrated live chat tag on your website , then it will show online or offline images based on the chat operator status. If the operator is online then on your website Online chat icon image will be shown and if any of the web site visitors clicks that live chat icon then chat window will be opened.

Once visitor click the live chat icon , Chat operators will be alerted about this new chat request by playing sound file , and by blinking the Oprator console on the Desktop. Chat operators can also see this request in the visitor panel shown in the following screen shot.

Once the chat operator select the vistor who requested for the chat , Chat accept icon will be enabled and operator has to click that icon to accept the chat. Operators also accept the chat using shortcut key Ctrl + Shift+ A on the keyboard.
Accepting live chat request
If the chat request is not accepted by the operator, then the visitor chat window will be redirected to offline message form. There, web site visitor can fill the form and the message will be send as an offline messages to the operators .
Once your operator accept the incommeing chat request, chat panel will be enabled and chat operator can start sending and reciving messages from the web site vistor. You have to toggle the vistor selection every time to change the visitors in the visitor panel.
How to chat with customers
