Push url features is an added feature in live support software will help the support operators to direct the url or web pages to the live customer during chat session . Chat operators can open a web page in new window on the customer's local machine by using PUSH URL technologies in easy two steps.
To PUSH url , chat operator has to click the push url icon in the chat panel as shown in the following image . On click a pop up window will be opened and the chat operator can select the existing url added already or add the new url . |
