Push IMAGES features is also an added feature like PUSH url, support operators can show the product images or flow diagram or screenshots images on the customer's chat window directly .
To PUSH Images , Live support operator has to click the push Image icon in the chat panel as shown in the following screen shot. On click push image pop up window will be opened and the operator can select the existing image url added already or add the new image url in the new windows and send the images by clicking OK button. |
