Visitor Filtoring
Operator can control the visitor list in the Visitor Panel using Filtering Option on the basis of skill and status for better tracking of the visitor during pick and non pick hours.
To filter the visitor by skill select filter by skill from view on menubar and select the skill by which do you want to filter .To filter the visitor by Status select filter by status from view on menubar and select the status by which do you want to filter .
