If the customer enabled the pre-survey , visior will be redirected to survey winodw before the chat conversation . If the servey is set as optional then visitor can skip this survey and go the chat immediately otherwise they will force to fill the form .

If the customer enabled the post-survey , visior will be redirected to Post chat survey winodw on end of chat session . Like pre-chat based on the setting visitor can skip this process to get the chat transcript in the mail .
