This system is created help you let us know the problems you have with mioot and keep tracking it till the problem is solved. To register a new problem and track it

Step 1: Go to “Support >> Book problem” from the menu.

Step 2: Select the problem category from the “category Drop down” .

Step 3: Type in your problem and press to register it. You will receive an e-mail with a ticket id corresponding to that problem.

Step 4: go to Support >> List problem to track the progress. The list problem table will show you all the problems booked so far and their statuses. You can search through the tickets via the status.

“Open” status refers to unsolved problems

“Closed” status refers to solved problems

Step 5: Just click on the ticket id to see the progress. You can also add the developments and issues here and that will be displayed with the date and time.
