Preferences
This feature is helpful in setting up sound alerts and formatting chat text.
Sound settings
You can use alerts to notify :
-
When a visitor access your web site
- When a visitor request for the chat help
- When you receive chat message from visitor or Operator.
- When operator Sign in
You can configure the settings so that you receive all of these alerts, only some of them, or none of them at all by using enable/disable option
Go to File >>Preferences from the menu bar
Checking the box will enable sound alert for that particular action.
Any particular sound file can be changed by clicking “Browse” button and selecting the media file
The “Speaker” button will preview the selected sound file for you.
Click “Apply” to activate the sound.
General
This particular selection will help in making the login automatic. Once the Auto Login check box is checked you will automatically be logged in to miOOt application on startup . You can deactivate the automatic login by unchecking the checkbox.
Go to File >> Preferences and select “General ” Tab .
Then Check Auto Login Check Box and click “Apply” to activate your Settings
Profile settings.
The format of chat message can be modified here. The preferences set here will be the Default settings and operator can change this during a chat session, which will be applicable only for that session.
Go to File >> Preferences and select “Profile Setting ” Tab .
Make your preferences and click “apply” to activate the settings.
