Customer can create/edit any number of operators they want and all the active operator can login in the operator winodw and chat with the visitor, but the login is restricted to the number of license they purchased along with the product i.e if the customer purchased mioot plus with three operator licence only three operator can login at a instances. Online status (if all the operators are offline then the chat request will be redirected to offline messages) will be determined based on the avaliabe skilled operator either primary or secondery . Customer can assign one primary skill and more than one secondary skill to an operator.
NOTE:you cannot delete an operator due to the purposes of prechat references Adding an operator You can have as much number of operators as you want. To add operators, Step 1: Go to “Operator management>> Add operators” from the menu. Step 2: enter the required details in the appropriate fields. # Operator type refers to that particular employee's Access level in the organization. You have Admin, Technical and normal to select. # The status field refers to the employee's current status. It can either be “active” or be “suspended”. Operators with “suspended” status will not be able to access miOOt. |
