Operator Chat :
With this feature you can chat with the internal online operators by right clicking the operator name you wish to chat and
by selecting the chat option.When you receive chat message from other operators you will be notified by sound and a message
icon indicator will appear adjacent to that particular operator .
Operator can also chat with more than one operator by inviting them to conference . Select any of online operator and right click
and select the conference . On click of conference a new window will appear with list of online operators , use control Key to
invite more than one operators and
click "Invite" button now .
On invite all the operators will receive the notice to join the conference and now you can chat with them by clicking the list in he conference list panel.
