Offline Messages:
 

When all the operators are offline ,If any of the site visitor request for the live help the chat winodow will be redirected to the offline form . On submition of offline messages the data will be mailed to the set email id and then will be stored in the database . Customer can view this offline messages from the customer Panel as well .
