These holding messages are automatically populated when a visitor is waiting to be picked up after requesting a chat session. The time interval and the message that is to be shown are customizable. Once stored, these messages will automatically be shown in the chat window with respect to the given time intervals.

To add a new message scheme,

1. Go to “ Customizations>>Holding messages” from menu.
2. Type in the Welcome message.
3. Type in time Intervals with the corresponding messages.
4. Type in the redirection message. The system will redirect the visitor to the offline form after the set time interval.
5. Press to save the message.
6. The existing messages are editable.
