Is there a printed manual on miOOt live support system?
There is no printed manual available as of now. You can refer the
online help manual
how do I order? What is the pricing?
If you are already using our free trail version, you can convert it to a paid account in customer control panel.
Go to Customer control panel >> accounts >>order and click on “Upgrade order” link. You can update your order here. You can also update the number of operators license.

Is there any additional cost involved on updates?
There is no additional cost involved when you update a new version with same features. But if you update the number of operator license, there will be an additional cost. Click here to view detailed pricing
Is there any difference between demo version and paid version?
There are no differences between those two versions. You can use and experience all the available features in the demo version itself.
Why should I give my credit card details while registering?
We accept payments only through credit cards. Once you are registered, the periodic charges as per your order will automatically be charged to the specified credit card. You can change the card details too. Proper invoices will be emailed to you in time.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you are a demo user, you will automatically be unsubscribed once the demo period is lapsed. You can stay subscribed by updating your order with in the demo period.
If you are a paid customer, send a e mail to order@mioot.com to terminate the service.
Setup and Configuration issue
Will I have to download the application again after the demo period?
You don’t have to download the application. All that you have to do is to update your order from customer control panel. Go to accounts>>order and click on “Upgrade order” link. You can update your order here. You can indicate the number of operators license.
What is operator license and why I need to pay more for extra license?
The given pricing is for one operator license, which means only one operator can login to the application at once. If you want to have more operators to watch the visitor traffic, you can buy as many licenses as you want at an additional cost. There will be price discounts when you buy more licenses.
I have two web sites. Can we monitor both the websites with one subscription?
Yes. You can monitor as many pages as you want. He restriction is on number of logins at a point of time and not on number of pages.
Where can I download the Latest version of miOOt Application?
You can download the application here Go to http://mioot.com/help.aspx and use click here link in the “ Download the Set Up File” paragraph to download.
I am using Linux machine. Do you have the application for that?
We are working on this issue. The current version will not work with Linux.
If you want to uninstall miOOt operator Console from your computer, do the following:
First, exit miOOt application completely. If you don't, the un-installation process will fail.
Can I use my own Chat Icon (online/offline) Image?
Yes. You can use your own chat icons. You can upload your own images in the customer control panel
Go to to Customer control panel >>customization >> chat button and upload the image.
How can I add the chat Icon in email signature?
Follow the below mentioned steps
Step 1.
Go to Customer control panel >>Customization > Email signature, Select the image you want to use from the galley or upload your own image.
Step 2.
Copy this code and paste it into an empty html file and save it.
Step 3.
Open out look Express email program, On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the signature tab.
To create a signature, click New and then click File, then select the HTML file you saved with the code.
Select the “Add signatures to all outgoing messages” check box

I am in Thailand. My all reports are 10 hrs back always why?
This is because all the records are stored with the time stamp, which is our server’s time. You can change this time stamp to your local time. Go to Customer control panel >>customization>>time zone settings and press the update button. MiOOt will automatically set it to your local time. You need not enter anything.
Where Can I create more operators?
You can create any number of operators. But the number of logins in a particular time is restricted with respect to the number of license purchased.
Go to Customer control panel >> Administration >> Operator Managemrnt >> Add operator and add the new operator.
In the pop of chat window for the visitors, the title is given as " MiOOt Live chat " How can I change it?
Go to Customer control panel >> Customization >> Chat window and enter the desired title in the “window title” text box and press the “Update” button. You can also change your company’s Logo and Operator’s photograph.
Where can I change the message the visitor receives while waiting for an operator to respond?

Can I customize the form the visitors see when they click on the Chat Button while no operator is online?
Yes. You can customize the form.
To create a new offline message form, follow the following steps.
Can I change my credit card information?
Yes. You can change your credit card information.
Go to Customer control panel >>Administration>>Manage profile and you will find your Credit card information at the bottom of the form. Enter your new credit card details and press “Update profile” button.
We would like to receive comments from the visitor after the chat about the supportservices. Is it possible?
Yes. It is possible. You can use our “survey” feature for this purpose. You can have these surveys conducted either before or after the chat session.
