It is a small image which will be shown in your web pages after adding a special tag and will indicate the visitor about the online/offline status of the operator.

The chat buttons that you can use in your web pages can be selected from the chat icon gallery to suit your needs. Go to Customization >> Chat button select the appropriate pair(online/offline )from the chat icon gallery . Once you have selected the new icon pair, those will automatically be incorporated on your web pages.
