Chating :

As soon as the Visitor requested for the chat , the Status of the visitor will be changed as "Requested " and you will be notified by sound aleart if you configured this in preference .



Select the visitor from the visitor list who requested for chat and click the Chat Accept Icon . Now the visitor status will be changed as "Chating" . Now you can send the Instant message to visitor from the Chat panel . If there is any delay in the acceptance by the operator the system will send the three holding messages to the visitor in the set time interval and then the chat window will be redirected to Offline form.

During the visitor chat session , Operator can push the URL to visitor , Forward the chat to another operator , Invite more operator for discussion, end the chat session and also can Kick the junk visitor .
