Chat Window
 

Onclick of live chat Icon by visitor a chat window will be pop up in new window and vistor will be forced to enter the nick name in the case of new visitor. Simultaneously the chat request will be send the the operator for the authorization .

If there is any delay in the authorization by the operator , three custom Holding messages will be showed in the chat window on set interval . After the expiry of Holding time chat window will be redirected to the offline messages .

On authorization , operator photo will be shown in the right side of the chat window , and can chat with the operator in real time . On end of chat session
visitor can get the email by inputing the email address.
