click the Chat forward Icon
from Tool Bar. Select the operator from the list to whom you want to forward . Chat Forward :
Operator can Forward the visitor chat session to other online operators . Select the visitor you want to forward and
click the Chat forward Icon from Tool Bar. Select the operator from the list to whom you want to forward .
On forward , the openend operator will be notified and can accept or decline the chat forward request . On accept the current visitor chat message will be forwarded to that operator else the former operator can continue the chat session.
