any canned message you want to send to the visitor and Click OK . Now the message will be pulled to "chat window" if need you can modify the message further and send it to the visitor . Canned Message :

To Send the canned message , Click the Canned Message Icon Select

You can select this message using the short cut key also , to do this use this format "//"+"canned message name "+"Space" . How ever to use this feature
you need to pull the data from the server manually by clicking the icon once .
