Canned Messages

     This facility enables the operator to create and save frequently used answers and statements and store them. During a chat, these messages can be used in couple of mouse clicks and this saves time and typographical errors .

Category

     The response messages can be categorized for easy retrieval. You can create as many categories as possible. To create a category, go to “Manage category” from the menu, type in your category and then click button.

     An already created category can be edited or deleted using
[ Edit ] and [ Delete ] links . Screen shot
