Accounts  

      In this section, you can see all your transactions with Mioot.

Order  

      You can see your placed orders in this table. When you upgrade the existing order, that will be considered as a new order and the previous order will be closed. You can view both open and closed orders by selecting from the ” Order status” dropdown in the table.

      You can upgrade your order (Increase the number of license or change product or both) by clicking the [ upgrade } link.

Invoice

      This table will show you all the invoices generated so far. The frequency of invoice generation will depend on the payment term you opted for while placing the order. You can also search through your invoices by entering the dates and pressing the button.

      You can also search through the invoices via invoice statuses.

The statuses are

1. open: The invoices for which the payment has to be made.
2. Closed: The invoices for which the payment is already been made.
3. Due: The invoices for which the payment has to be made and with an expired due date.

      Select any status from the “status” dropdown and press button to see the corresponding invoices.

Payment

      This table will show you all the payments you have made. Just enter the dates and press to view the payments made along with the corresponding invoice numbers and reference numbers. The reference number can be used for your reference and any further pertinent communications.

Account summary

      This table will show you all the account transactions happened so far. You can see the summary for any given period by entering the dates and pressing button.
